This Privacy Policy describes how Aseefa ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Note: Aseefa is provided by Suit Apps to authorized users of client organizations. Accounts are created and managed by the client administrator. There is no public self-registration.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use Aseefa:

• Account Information: Login credentials and account details provided by your organization's administrator.
• Property and Tenant Data: Information about rental properties, tenants, lease agreements, and rent payment records that you enter into the App.
• Photos and Media: Images you capture or upload, such as property photos, receipts, or tenant documents.
• Location Data: Approximate and precise location, used to tag properties and provide location-based features.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as screens viewed and features used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
• Authenticate your login and manage your account
• Sync your property and tenant data across your devices
• Process and record rent payments and generate reports

Your data is stored on secure servers and, where applicable, on your device. 7. Account Deletion

Accounts are managed by your organization's administrator. To request account or data deletion, please contact your administrator or email us at suitappsmicrotech@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

8. Children's Privacy

Aseefa is intended for use by authorized adult users only and is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you. These may include:

• Google Play Services
• Cloud hosting providers

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the App or on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
